My name is Giau (Nancy) Pham, REALTOR® with Love Las Vegas Realty, and I am proud to serve buyers and sellers in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, and surrounding areas. I am passionate about helping families make smart financial decisions and guiding my clients through one of the most important moments in life — buying or selling a home.

I specialize in helping first-time home buyers, home sellers, investors, and Vietnamese clients who are looking for a trusted Las Vegas Realtor. I understand that real estate is one of the biggest investments you will ever make, and my goal is to make the process smooth, safe, and successful for you.

I graduated with degrees in Biology, Psychology, and Business Management. My education and life experience help me understand my clients’ needs, negotiate strong deals, and find the best solutions for every situation. I always take time to explain every step so my clients feel confident and comfortable.

In addition to being a Realtor®, I am also a licensed insurance agent. I help families protect their future with life insurance, mortgage protection, Medicare plans for seniors, and health insurance for people under 65. My goal is not only to help you buy or sell a home, but also to help you build long-term financial security.

Many of my clients come from referrals because I truly care about the people I serve. I believe in honesty, hard work, and always putting my clients first.

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, spending time with my family, and sharing knowledge with my community through social media and educational videos about real estate, Medicare, and financial planning.
